Registration: please register through the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council. All workshops are held at the Sims Bayou Urban Nature Center. (Map)

Maximum of 20 girls / Minimum 10 girls/ $12.00 per scout/ no charge for adults. All workshops involve indoor and outdoor activities. Workshops are rain or shine. Girls should not wear sandals or flip flops.

Sims Bayou Urban Nature Center is a quaint facility on the southeast side of Houston. Indoor teaching areas include the log cabin or the bayou barn. There is a small nature gift shop and a play area for non-scout siblings that are accompanied by parents. Troop leaders are strongly encouraged to call the nature center the day before the event to check on conditions and driving directions. Please call 713-640-2407 for more information.
