The Shell Center for Sustainability at Rice University is actively conducting research on many aspects of sustainability. Among its projects is the Development of a Long-Range Sustainability Plan for the Upper Texas Coast. The research is being led by Dr. John Anderson and Dr. Christopher Hight.
