Habitat: Prairies

Height: 4-7 feet tall

Bloom Period: August - November

Description: Annual. Full sun. Soft downy foliage. Very easy to grow.

Propagation Tips: Self seeds freely.

The Wildlife Connection: Seeds are very important food source for many birds and other wildlife. Larval host for silvery checkerspot and bordered patch
