The Houston Audubon Society sponsors several education and outreach initiatives in the Houston area.

Programs for All Age Groups

Outreach ProgramDiscover Birds Outreach Programs - Discover the natural world with these exciting new outreach offerings. All programs feature visits from live birds and are customized for your class or organization.

Sims Programs - Come explore the trails of Sims Bayou Urban Nature Center while learning about the flora and fauna of the area. Classes on a wide range of topics are available for Pre-K through 8th grade.

The Audubon Docent Guild provides educational programs for children and adults at Edith L. Moore Nature Sanctuary. Offerings include Titmouse Club for pre-schoolers, Owl Prowls, Guided Tours, as well as other programs. Please see the Audubon Docent Guild section for more information.
